1. Do you travel for destination pre-wedding?

Pre-wedding photography sessions in Japan are available, with prices varying based on the date and location. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us for more information.

2. Do you help with planning our engagement session?

I can assist you with your pre-wedding preparations to ensure we capture the best photographs.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

The cancellation fee for bookings is set at 40 percent of the total package cost, while rescheduling is permitted as long as there are available dates.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

Digital files and printed materials can be accessed on the website.

5. Do you have a recommended videographer?

I can suggest a videographer, although the pricing may differ based on the talent fee of the individual videographer.

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

During the session, you are welcome to request specific shots or poses. Additionally, for those who may feel less confident, I can provide guidance on how to adopt poses in a more assured manner.

7. Can we meet before the session?

We can arrange a meeting prior to the session; however, if that is not possible, the majority of my clients are located in foreign countries, and we can conduct our meetings through WhatsApp or Messenger video calls.

8. How long till I receive the final photos?

The majority of the output is typically released within a timeframe of 3 to 15 days, depending on the manner in which the photos were captured and the extent of editing required.
